Anil wanted me to set it up so that the links in the
blogroll open in new windows. Now, this is something I don't favour. I think, by default the links should behave "normally." I would rather that the users cntrl-click/cmd-click/shift-click etc. to have the link open in a new window or new tab, as they wish.
But anyway, I have added a little link (shown using a small image:
which I stole from the internet) for opening the links in an alternate window. (I say alternate, rather than new, because it will open just one new window and keep reusing it.) I guess, that's the best of both worlds.

That's right!
Opening a single refreshing window is really best of both worlds.
